Instructions for Accessing Online Transcripts

The Center for Continuing Education (CCEHS) now provides CME Credit Transcripts online. The official CME Credit Transcript replaces the use of paper certificates for credits earned since January 1, 2008. You may access your official transcript anytime by logging onto the CCEHS web site here:
https://ccehs1.dartmouth-hitchcock.org/login.html (or click the Online Transcripts link to the left).

If logging on for the first time your username and password follows this convention:

  • User Name = your complete last name + the first five letters of your first name + your employer's postal/zip code, no spaces. For example, for Joseph Clarkson the User Name = clarksonjosep01010
  • Password = the postal/zip code to which we mail you information. Most often your employer's postal/zip code.

After you log in, you may change your User Name, Password, and update your account information by clicking the My Account link in the upper-left corner of your screen (above the left navigation menu).

To access your credit transcript click on the Online Transcripts link on the left menu. You may filter your transcript by date.

To print your transcript, use the Print link to the right of the Go button. Please be aware for Regularly Schedule Series (RSS), credits are reported monthly, all sessions for a given Regularly Scheduled Series are reported for the first day of the month the sessions were held.
